What happens if I forget my password?

Click on the "Forgot your password?"in the log in screen, type in your email, submit and you will receive an email to reset your password.

Why do I need to create a Vendor?

For properties that require marketing, you need to add the vendor and property details into the system before making any purchases.

What is Autofill?

Once you have created a vendor, the vendors details will be stored and available for future use.

Can I search for a Vendor?

When you are in "Your Cart", click on the blue Autofill box, and you can use the search box to search for vendors already loaded into the system.

Can I delete a Vendor once added?

Yes. When you are in "Your Cart", click on the blue Autofill box, and you can search for vendors already loaded into the system. Click on the rubbish bin icon to delete. Please note this change applies to everyone who has log in access.

Can I edit Vendor details once loaded?

Yes. When you are in "Your Cart", click on the blue Autofill box, and you can search for vendors already loaded into the system. Click on the blue person icon to make changes. Please note this change applies to everyone who has log in access.

How far in advance can I order?

There are no time restrictions for making advanced orders.

What is the cut-off time for placing orders?

If your advertising will be going into HOMED (Stuff Publication), you will need to book your marketing by Friday 4pm, for the next Saturdays publication.

What if the product I want is not there?

We have a selection of popular suppliers and packages to choose from. If the product you want is not available, you will need to contact the supplier directly or talk to your Manager to see if it's an option we can add.

What if I have more than one property wanting marketing?

You will need to process the orders for each property address separately.

How do I pay for my order?

You can pay either by credit or debit card. Payment must be made first before your marketing is booked.

What if the property is withdrawn after marketing paid for?

There are no refunds for paid marketing.

How do I edit or change my marketing that I have booked?

Please double check before submitting your marketing purchases. You can delete or edit purchases before going to checkout but not after the purchase has been made. You will need to email the appropriate people if anything changes after booking.

How do I know that my order has been successfully placed?

Once you've checked out, you'll receive a confirmation email, detailing all the products, quantities and an order value.

Can anyone else see my vendors and marketing purchases?

Just like any online shopping experience. no-one can see what you order or the names of your vendors.
